    We aim to process all loan within 48 hours for registered members of the Co-operative. We hope to reduce it soon to just a few minutes.
  • What is required to receive a Rescue Loans?

    Constant Rescue Savings and Loans uses the following to make lending decisions; Daily Contributions in your Savings account via our app, website, bank transfers or marketers. Total savings each month. Physical Office address of doing business. We combine the above with your Constant Rescue Savings and Loans repayment history to build an individualised credit score, which determines the loan offers you receive.
  • Why was I rejected for a loan?
    If you don’t get accepted when you apply, don't worry! It may be due to the following reasons; Failure to meet our documentation procedure Request for loans higher than your Credit Score can allow. We encourage borrowers to be part of our co-operative savings account holders.

    Our loan sizes range from around ₦ 30,000 to ₦ 800,000. If you repay loans as scheduled, the amount that you can borrow will increase.

If you repay each installment by its due date, you may unlock access to larger loans over time.     Unfortunately, you won't be able to access a loan of a larger size. The fastest way to increase the amount you are eligible for is to build credit by making each repayment as scheduled as well as being a part of our cooperative.

    Interest rates are determined by a number of factors, including your repayment history with Constant Rescue Savings and Loans, cost of lending for us. With lower interest rates for members of our Cooperative community. Depending on these factors, our rates vary as follows: Loan Terms: 4 Weeks - 6 Months Late / Rollover Fees: Yes Monthly Interest Range: 6% - 20% Borrowers are required to cover 5% of Principal which is allocated to administrative and processing purposes upfront. This will only be paid upon offer and acceptance of loan.

    Applying for a loan is easy! Join our Co-operative by filling the Constant Rescue Savings Account Registration Form on Website or the Rescue App. Contact us by phone or visit our Head Office to be assigned a Savings & Loan Marketing Officer.
  • What's the largest amount I can take?
    The largest loan amount we currently offer is ₦ 2,000,000. To access this amount you need to be a part of our cooperative and successfully repay the smaller amounts as scheduled, gradually build your credit limit.
  • How can I repay my loan with cash?

    From 'My Loan', tap the round 'Tap to Pay' button. Select the Amount you wish to repay. After you have made your selection, tap 'Continue'. On the 'Select Repayment Method' screen, select 'Debit Card' from the drop-down menu. Add your Debit (ATM) card details: Card Number (16 or 19-digit in front of your card) Card Expiry Date (Month and Year in which your card expires) CVV (a 3-digit number at the back of your card) After you have filled in the details, tap 'Continue'. Choose your auto-debit setting under 'Payment Options' and tap 'Continue'. Tap here to learn more about auto-debit. To secure your payment, some banks will ask for your pin or send a security code to your phone. Your payment is done. If successful, your account will be updated automatically within a few seconds.   • What happens if I overpay my loan?
    If you overpay your loan, the overpayment is credited to your Constant Savings account.
  • Where can I see my repayment schedule?
    To view your repayment information, kindly click on the menu on your top left on the Rescue App and select “My Loan”. You will be able to see your installments, due dates and the amounts due on those dates.
  • Is there a monthly repayment option?
    Depending on the loan size you select, a monthly repayment option is available.
  • My repayment didn't reflect. What should I do?
    Repayments can take up to 24 hours to reflect. If it has been over 24 hours since you made your repayment and it hasn't reflected, for repayment through the cash deposit option, kindly send the deposit slip and payment receipt that you used to make your repayment to support@constantrescue.com and title it as 'LOAN REPAYMENT’. This will help us trace your repayment and update your account or visit the office with the deposit slip. For payment made via the Rescue App, kindly send us the transaction confirmation message you received when you repaid your loan to our email address or visit the office with a copy of your confirmation. We will follow up and update your account.
  • Can I repay with one payment at the end of the loan term?
    If you want to repay the loan in one payment, we advise that you do it on your first repayment date to make sure that you are not late on any of your loan repayments. Kindly note that you cannot skip your first three repayments and pay the whole loan on the last due date as this will negatively affect your future loan amounts.
  • Can I request to repay my loan at a later date?
    No
  • What will happen if I miss my repayment?
    Paying each installment by its due date is important to build your credit score and increase your loan limit. Late repayments will affect your ability to get subsequent or larger loans. Also Monthly Interest will be incurred as penalty for late payment exceeding 30 days. If you are very late on your payments, we may take legal action in a bid to recover the funds. Conversely, if you repay your loans as on or before the scheduled dates, you will gain access to larger loan amounts over time.

    If you are having trouble validating your contact number, write to us through “Customer Care” in the app. We will resend the validation code to you.
  • How do I change my personal details?
    To edit your personal details, click on this link My Account or go to “My Account” and click “Edit” under “Personal Info”.
  • How can I know my BVN?
    To know your BVN, dial *565*0# from the phone number linked to your bank account. Please note that your provider may charge N20 for each check.

    You can withdraw as many times as you wish except the first day's savings which is usually the agreed daily savings amount indicated and stipulated in your savings account registration form.
